Our History
The Association was founded in April 1991, by residents who wanted to take this neighborhood back from the criminals. Due to continued support of the membership, volunteer leaders and patrolmen we have a wonderful neighborhood that communicates and watches out for each other. Spread the word about the Association and encourage others to join.

Our Boundaries
Freret Street (lake side) to So. Claiborne Avenue (river side), both side of Jefferson Avenue and Octavia Street, Joseph Street,and all through streets So. Robertson, Magnolia, Clara, Willow, Cucullu, and Story.
